The Author

Susanne Sweeny spent two decades at the IBM Corporation building morale, transforming underperforming departments, and ultimately managing a team of four hundred employees.  She designed and taught innovative programs at IBM’s Leadership Development Center – all while raising a blended family.  After earning a masters degree in education and counseling from Fordham University, Susanne’s career evolved into the roles of counselor, life coach and seminar leader, drawing on her keen communications skills and life experiences to help others define and achieve their dreams. Her clients ranged from major corporations to military bases and ballet companies, addressing common themes of leadership, teamwork and enhancing personal effectiveness.
